Hi, I’m Jane, a Self Love Coach.
I help women find their inner light, love, happiness and strength!
I’ve been a Personal Trainer for over 14 years and I’ve spent 8 hours a day listening to other women talking negatively about themselves. I’m not exempt either, I used to be the same way, but about 10 years ago something in me clicked and I’ve been on The Self Love Train. You could say I’m now the conductor!
I have always told my clients to speak kindly to themselves, to watch their words and to compliment themselves in the mirror. So without realising it, I’ve kind of always been a Self Love Trainer. In 2018 Unselfishly Me was born from a single thought and the passion was lit inside of me. In one month (of working until midnight) I had created my signature 8 week e-course! Since then I have been adding new services and products that compliment everything I do and teach.
Unselfishly Me has given me such a beautiful purpose and I absolutely love helping women find theirs.

I started Unselfishly Me because a friend said she couldn’t love herself….
I decided in that moment that I needed to help her, and YOU!
I created content and learnings that are easy to follow, understand and to integrate into your life.

WHAT IS SELF LOVE
When you were little you were fawned over and made to think you could do anything. Then as you got older, it stopped. You started feeling like you weren’t good enough from a young age, and for many of us, this feeling has stuck.
We can claim back our dreams and deepest desires. Self love is believing in yourself, loving yourself as you are, and appreciating yourself.
Imagine what your life would feel like if you were filled with self love, confidence and hope. Wouldn’t it feel good? You can practice self love, and even though it might feel uncomfortable to start with, after a while it will become second nature and you will begin to believe it.
