My Self Love Retreats are well known and sell out fast! They are a combination of self love topics, guided meditations, guided journaling, movement, reading and relaxation. You’re given permission to rest and receive.
The signature 8 week e-course was born in 2018 and is still a firm favourite! It is self paced on an online platform and is completely different themes and topics to our Self Love Club. You can do them simultaneously as well!
