In this 10 week e-course you will learn what exactly you want!

You can go slow and do this over 10 weeks, or you might be so into it you do it in 10 days! The choice is yours.

You will be added to our course platform here and be able to work at your own pace.

For this first intake there will be a WhatsApp community group where I will check in with you and you can comment and share if you like, or email me too.

I can see your progress on the website so I’ll see how you’re doing!

There will be 10 weeks of journaling, 10 audio clips to listen to and a few meditations to help you open up your heart and mind.

This first intake will be at a discounted rate for feedback after, and in our next intake at the end of the year there will be an increase.
